Driven by Passion
Pitlane Café Co. was born out of love for racing, the community, and quality food. As a longtime motorsports enthusiast, I spent my weekends wrenching in the garage, drifting with friends, riding through the canyons, and chasing adrenaline at the track. These experiences shaped who I am and while the sound of engines and smell of race fuel felt like home, something was always missing - Quality Food.

That’s when the idea hit. What if we combined passion for the track with my dream of building a mobile pit stop where people could refuel with smash burgers, drifter dogs, quesadillas and cold brew served straight from a fuel handle.

Built from scratch and fueled by drive, Pitlane Café Co. isn’t just a food booth — it’s a reflection of the culture we live and breathe. This is for the early risers, the late-night tuners, the pit crews, the track rats, and everyone in between.
